Ongoing support plan - $550/ visit (min 2 hrs) on-site
For small business with 3–7 computers and up to 2 printers

- Toner & consumable supply
- Additional hours beyond the included remote support hour are charged at the standard on-site rate of $275/hr.
Available add-ons
- Security & antivirus installation: professional installation and configuration of recommended software. Licence costs are billed separately and vary by product and device count.
- Backup setup & monitoring: pricing depends on the solution chosen (cloud-based, in-house private server, or hybrid). Setup and ongoing monitoring are quoted and invoiced separately.
- Microsoft 365 & SharePoint setup and support: includes SharePoint site configuration, folder structure, user permissions, OneDrive sync across team devices, new user onboarding, license management, and ongoing troubleshooting. A one-off setup fee applies, with ongoing support included within monthly plan visits or billed at the standard hourly rate. Microsoft 365 license costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Add-on services are not included in the base plan price and must be agreed in writing before work commences.
Service Availability
- On-site visits and remote support are available on weekdays during business hours only (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm AEST).
- Weekend and after-hours support is available on request and subject to availability at a different rate ( Price on Application - POA).
- Asmarina IT Services reserves the right to accept or decline any service request at its discretion.
